This 75-minute virtual, live Yes2Health cooking class is sponsored by the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition and taught by Dee Iraca, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professionally Trained Chef. In this class, we'll be making Eggroll In A Bowl With Ground Chicken - all on one pan. You'll learn an abundance of culinary tips and shortcuts, as well as gain evidence-based nutrition knowledge. And, at the end of class, if you cook along with me, you'll have dinner ready for you and your family!
